SLU-PP-332

Investigational ERR agonist described as an exercise mimetic

Research & educational purposes only. BioMaxFit does not sell, promote, or represent peptides in any way. We are strictly educational and recommend working with your doctor on anything health-related. The information below comes from published research and documents what has been studied, not what should be done. Many of these compounds are investigational and not approved by the FDA; possession or use outside an authorized clinical trial may be illegal in your jurisdiction. This is not medical advice.

Preclinical-Only — For Educational Purposes Only

This compound has no established human dosing. The information below documents preclinical (animal) findings and is provided for research and educational reference only. It is not medical advice or a dosing recommendation.

SLU-PP-332

SLU-PP-332 is an investigational estrogen-related receptor (ERR) agonist described as an exercise mimetic in preclinical studies. There is no established human dosing.

Reconstitution

SLU-PP-332 is an investigational small-molecule ERR (estrogen-related receptor) agonist, not an injectable peptide. In published preclinical studies it is administered as an oral formulation (by mouth) or, in some animal studies, by injection depending on the model — there is no established human reconstitution protocol.

Because there is no established human dosing, no reconstitution guidance is provided here. Compounded "research" forms sold online are not FDA-approved and have no established human preparation protocol.

Cycling Protocol

No human cycling protocol is established. Published preclinical studies describe SLU-PP-332 administered daily for periods of days to weeks in mouse models of exercise capacity and metabolic function.

Because SLU-PP-332 is preclinical-only with no human trials, no cycling guidance can be provided. Any dosing pattern described online is extrapolation from animal studies, not established human protocol.

Routes of Administration

Injection (preclinical): Some animal studies use injected formulations depending on the model.

No established human route exists. SLU-PP-332 is preclinical-only and not FDA-approved for any route of administration in humans.

Stacking Protocols

| Stack | Components | Purpose | | --- | --- | --- | | Metabolic Stack | SLU-PP-332 + exercise | Studied as an exercise mimetic in preclinical models | | Mitochondrial Stack | SLU-PP-332 + urolithin A / NAD+ precursors | Theoretical combined mitochondrial support |

No human stacking protocols are established. Combinations described online are theoretical extrapolation from preclinical mechanism, not validated in human trials. SLU-PP-332 is not FDA-approved.

Side Effects & Safety

  • No human safety data — SLU-PP-332 has not been studied in human clinical trials, so no human adverse-effect profile is established
  • Preclinical-only findings — animal studies describe the compound as generally tolerated at studied doses, but animal tolerability does not establish human safety
  • Unknown long-term effects — no long-term human data exists
  • Unknown drug interactions — no human interaction data is established

SLU-PP-332 is preclinical-only and not FDA-approved. Compounded "research" forms sold online are unregulated and have no established human safety profile.

Research Basis

SLU-PP-332 is an investigational small-molecule agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ, ERRγ), developed in academic research as an "exercise mimetic."

Mechanism: Activates ERR transcription factors that regulate mitochondrial energy metabolism, oxidative phosphorylation, and metabolic gene expression — pathways normally activated by exercise. In preclinical models, it is described as increasing exercise capacity and shifting muscle fiber type toward oxidative, fatigue-resistant fibers.

Preclinical evidence: Published studies in mice describe increased running endurance, improved metabolic markers, and muscle-fiber-type shifts consistent with an exercise-mimetic effect.

No human trials: SLU-PP-332 has not been studied in human clinical trials. No human dose, safety, or efficacy data is established. It is not FDA-approved for any indication. Compounded "research" forms sold online are not FDA-approved and are sold for research purposes only.
