Kisspeptin-10
Neuropeptide that stimulates GnRH release; studied for reproductive function
Research & educational purposes only. BioMaxFit does not sell, promote, or represent peptides in any way. We are strictly educational and recommend working with your doctor on anything health-related. The information below comes from published research and documents what has been studied, not what should be done. Many of these compounds are investigational and not approved by the FDA; possession or use outside an authorized clinical trial may be illegal in your jurisdiction. This is not medical advice.

Kisspeptin-10 is a neuropeptide that stimulates gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) release and is studied for reproductive hormone regulation. It is not FDA approved.
Dosing Reference
Reconstitution
Add 2.5 mL bacteriostatic water to the 5 mg vial. Resulting concentration: 2 mg/mL.
| Dose | Syringe Units | mL Volume | Schedule |
|---|---|---|---|
| 100 mcg | 5 units | 0.05 mL | SubQ, 1–2x dailyCommunity reproductive protocol |
| 500 mcg | 25 units | 0.25 mL | SubQ, 1–2x dailyCommunity higher dose |
Math assumes U-100 insulin syringes (1 mL = 100 units). Verify your syringe matches before use. Round half-units to the nearest visible mark.
Reconstitution
Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic decapeptide fragment of kisspeptin (metastin), sold as a compounded research peptide in 5 mg vials. It is not FDA-approved.
For a 5 mg vial reconstituted with 2.5 mL, the concentration is 2 mg/mL; a 100 mcg dose draws to 5 units (0.05 mL) on a U-100 syringe. Gently swirl — do not shake — and store refrigerated. Compounded forms are not FDA-approved.
Cycling Protocol
Community protocols describe kisspeptin-10 dosed 1–2 times daily for 2–4 weeks, sometimes cycled. Clinical research uses single or short-course administration to study reproductive axis. No standardized cycle is established; kisspeptin-10 is not FDA-approved.
Routes of Administration
Subcutaneous injection (community/research): Into the abdomen.
No oral route is established (peptide). Kisspeptin-10 is not FDA-approved.
Stacking Protocols
| Stack | Components | Purpose | | --- | --- | --- | | Reproductive Stack | Kisspeptin-10 + GnRH agonist (community) | Community reproductive-axis protocol (not established) | | PCT Stack | Kisspeptin-10 + HCG / SERM | Community post-cycle protocol (not established) |
Stacking combinations are community extrapolation. Kisspeptin-10 is not FDA-approved.
Side Effects & Safety
- No large human safety database — kisspeptin-10 is not FDA-approved; clinical research is limited
- Injection-site reactions — possible
- Hot flashes — possible (reproductive-axis effect)
- Generally described as well-tolerated in limited clinical research at studied doses
Kisspeptin-10 is not FDA-approved. Compounded research-peptide forms are sold for research purposes only.
Research Basis
Kisspeptin-10 is a synthetic decapeptide fragment of kisspeptin (encoded by the KISS1 gene), a key activator of the reproductive axis.
Mechanism: Agonizes the GPR54 (kisspeptin) receptor on GnRH neurons to stimulate GnRH release, which drives LH/FSH secretion and downstream gonadal function; a key upstream regulator of puberty and fertility.
Clinical evidence: Studied in clinical research for reproductive disorders (hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, delayed puberty) and as a probe of reproductive-axis physiology; not FDA-approved for any indication.
Not FDA-approved. Compounded research-peptide forms are sold for research purposes only.
